Multi-AR implementation of The Node -skyscraper

REBL Group needed some AR-muscles to help with their project for telecommunications company Elisa, who is going to be the main tenant of the massive Helsinki skyscraper project that goes by the name of “The Node”. Elisa wanted to show their new HQ building using a physical scale model + AR scale models as well.

We created a beautiful, technically lightweight and optimized 3D-model of the building and surroundings using great reference material that we got from the talented JKMM Architects. This model was used to create several different use cases pictured on the videos above.

  1. 1:1 actual scale augmentation (flyAR’s own PoC-test)
  2. Object tracking / spatial AR-tracking that anchors AR-experience to the physical scale model
  3. Image-tracked webAR-experience
  4. web-implementation

2-4 all include multi-lingual information and interactivity.
